Caiti joined the County Attorney’s Office in 2022. She currently represents the Public Guardian in LPS conservatorship proceedings and is a member of the special education and litigation teams. In the community, Caiti serves on the City of San Mateo’s Personnel Board and as a board member for the Foundation for San Mateo County Libraries.

Prior Experience
Upon graduation from law school in 2017, Caiti joined the law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. She then clerked for District Judge Beth Labson Freeman in the Northern District of California, followed by a clerkship with Justice Leondra Kruger on the California Supreme Court. Caiti then returned to Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP as a litigation associate, where she handled a wide array of litigation matters and maintained an active pro bono practice.
